Welcome to In Between Sets. Hosted by two experienced coaches and bikini pro athletes, this podcast exists to cut through the noise in the health and fitness space.

Created for women who are tired of surface level advice, watered down motivation, and feeling like they need to shrink themselves to build their dream physique.

We’ve spent almost a decade building our physiques from the ground up, cutting through the BS in the industry and learning how to build pro winning bikini physiques the right way. This is everything we wish existed at the start of our journeys - the guidance that would have saved us years and the conversations that would have stopped the fucking around early on.

Sandra and Amanda are not just coaches who talk about bodybuilding. They live it.

Amanda, founder of Amanda Jane Fitness, has been coaching for over eight years and is deeply rooted in bodybuilding. In just her second season, she earned her NBA Bikini Pro status and was crowned an NBA Bikini Pro Champion. As a natural athlete preparing for her next competitive season with her sights set on an FMG pro card, she is passionate about raising the standard of female bodybuilding and protecting long term athlete health.

Sandra, founder of Sculpt By Sandra, is an NBA Bikini Pro and women’s physique coach with over seven years of experience in the industry. She earned her Pro status in her first competitive season, taking the Overall title at Nationals. Her coaching bridges high level physique development with health, longevity and real life, proving that elite results and balance can coexist. Currently in a dedicated building phase, she is focused on long term performance and bringing a more complete package to stage.

Together, they bring experience, integrity and a commitment to setting higher standards in health, fitness and bodybuilding.
